Customer accounts and orders on HobbyChan.com are the sole property of the account holder (the customer in whose name the Hobby Chan account has been registered), and are not to be sold, loaned, or otherwise transferred to another party or Hobby Chan account. To do so will be grounds for their orders to be cancelled and their account (as well as any related accounts) locked or terminated without notice, at our sole discretion.
Hobby Chan customer accounts are intended to be one per person. At our discretion, Hobby Chan customer accounts may be limited to one per household.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders without notice.
Placing an order through our web site is your permission to us to bill and ship the items you order, based on our policies. We do not require any further permission or clearance from you to charge your credit card via QPay or other means of payment prior to shipping, even if the final amount to be charged, including shipping fees, has not been confirmed to you. We will charge or bill you immediately for all in-stock items, which will then either ship to you.
Also, please note that as any business does, we expect our customers to make payments in a timely manner when their order is ready. If more than seven days pass from the time we alert a customer to a payment issue without the problem being resolved, and without contact from the customer, that order as well as all of the customer's outstanding orders will be canceled, and their account and any related accounts may be disabled. We ask that customers who are having a temporary payment problem contact us as quickly as possible to work out a solution and avoid cancellation of their orders.
Home Delivery will include package handling and the estimated delivery time would be 2-3 working days. Customers will be contacted to confirm the order and the delivery address via a phone call. Shipping outside Qatar will be processed through EMS (Express Mail Services), the order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Home Delivery & Shipping do not include handling/delivering packages during weekends & State Holidays.
For your convenience, we offer a "Pick-up in-store" option available to customers living in Qatar. Handling/delivery fees will be applied. All our online orders will be dispatched from our warehouse to the store located in Bin Omran, Town Center.
Always consult with us before returning any merchandise, regardless of the reason. If you contact us first, we always authorize returns of saleable-condition merchandise for any reason if made within 7 days of delivery for a cash refund for merchandise, although we will not refund the shipping charges necessary to return the item to us in Qatar.
"Saleable condition" means the item is in like-new condition with all parts and components present, that it's packed exactly as packed by the manufacturer, and there is no damage to the outer package. Opened "blister pack," "blister card" or sealed "blind box" (collection-type/gashapon/capsule toy items) merchandise which cannot be opened without cutting or tearing the package or its seal cannot be returned.
If a return becomes necessary due to a shipping damage or a defect in the product, we will compensate you by cash refund for the merchandise and the shipping charges. All claims for returns or refunds due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to reject claims of manufacturing defects on items in cases of obvious user abuse.
A package returned to us by the delivery agent as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason, is not an authorized return. As such, it may not be eligible for a refund of the cost of merchandise, at our discretion.
The cost of shipping will never be compensated in the case of a package returned to us by the delivery agent as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason. If your package has incurred freight charges for its return to us, you are responsible for reimbursing us for those charges.

But it's your job to promptly tell us a problem has occurred.
As such, not only will we vigorously contest any QPay or credit card disputes or chargebacks filed by customers, but also, such customers may be blacklisted from using our service, meaning we will accept no further orders from them, ever. We also share information about blacklisted customers with other online merchants offering similar merchandise.
We always try to be as accurate as possible on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is an authorized return (which requires that the item be in saleable condition), or to reach some other solution by contacting us.
